The technician, Michael, fixed my AC and completed a detailed inspection of it quickly. He explained what was wrong well and reassured me that my unit is in good shape overall. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend air pro for anyone needing HVAC servicing.
We had a great experience with this company start to finish on running the venting from our bathroom fan to the outside of our house through a pretty cramped furnace room. Our estimate visit and actual install visit went smoothly. The receptionist/scheduler was a pleasure to talk with while I explained our issue/service need. The installers were pleasant, tidy, worked fast, and explained everything. I was able to talk with them about some future needs we may have too, which was really helpful. I had a fantastic experience with this company when it came to installing my new air conditioner. Zack, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured that the installation was done on time and within my budget. The team also left my place spotless after the job was completed.
When my furnace died, these guys not only got it running again, they stuck around until they figured out exactly *why* the furnace failed and how to make sure it didn't happen again in a year or two.
