They responded as scheduled and diagnosed the problem with Aprilaire humidifier and were thorough finding two components that were shorted out. They also had recommendations to upgrade our thermostats & were able to schedule our next visit before leaving our home. We are very satisfied with this company as they also completed a major construction project for us last year.

Just wanted to share my great experience with air pro. I’m very impressed with the work that they did! Everyone has been great to work with and made the process of getting a new furnace/central air easy. Huge shout out to the techs Nick and Michael! They showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete which was after 6 PM. Highly recommend air pro!

They were fast in their response time. Had a bid the same day before the guy even left my house . Had my installation date set as well . The guys who installed the units were professional and took the time to answer all questions I had .And in my opinion it wasn’t to expensive. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a new unit .

My AC broke on a Sunday evening, and I was able to schedule a service call for the following Wednesday, which would have been Tuesday if there hadn’t been weather complications. The technician, Michael, fixed my AC and completed a detailed inspection of it quickly. He explained what was wrong well and reassured me that my unit is in good shape overall. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend air pro for anyone needing HVAC servicing.

We had a great experience with this company start to finish on running the venting from our bathroom fan to the outside of our house through a pretty cramped furnace room. Our estimate visit and actual install visit went smoothly. The receptionist/scheduler was a pleasure to talk with while I explained our issue/service need. The installers were pleasant, tidy, worked fast, and explained everything. I was able to talk with them about some future needs we may have too, which was really helpful. Electronic payment was really nice and I appreciated just getting it done right away. We will use them for all our HVAC needs. Thankyou!

They do great work at a fair price. AND they actually return calls and show up for appointments on time. I had two mini splits installed. I’m very pleased with how the whole process went, from getting from estimate to the final installation. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Great experience all around. Easily booked an appointment with a quick phone call. Zach came to help us and he was open, honest and straight to the point. We were freezing because our furnace was going out. We weighed our options to fix or replace and Zach was super helpful. We are warm and have a new furnace installed less than 24 hours later. I had a fantastic experience with this company when it came to installing my new air conditioner. Zack, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured that the installation was done on time and within my budget. The team also left my place spotless after the job was completed.

When my furnace died, these guys not only got it running again, they stuck around until they figured out exactly *why* the furnace failed and how to make sure it didn't happen again in a year or two. They ended up fixing an ongoing problem that I wasn't even aware I had. Got my heating system running much more efficiently than at any time since it was first installed five years ago. I think that's what's called "going the extra mile."
